Kuwait Cabinet Condemns Iranian Attacks, Adopts Maritime Security Measures

Kuwait’s Cabinet has expressed strong opposition to recent Iranian missile and drone attacks directed at the United Arab Emirates. Led by Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Al-Abdullah, the government issued an official condemnation of the military strikes, reinforcing Kuwait’s commitment to regional stability and international law.

In addition to its statement on the attacks, the Cabinet approved a new maritime law designed to enhance security measures across Kuwait’s waters. The legislation represents part of a broader regional security initiative to protect vital shipping routes and maritime infrastructure.

The dual actions by Kuwait’s Cabinet reflect growing concerns about escalating tensions in the Gulf region. By condemning the Iranian attacks and implementing new maritime protections, Kuwait seeks to maintain stability while safeguarding its strategic interests and those of its regional partners.
